Changes to classes effective 11/6

Post date: Nov 03, 2016 4:27:16 PM

Namaskar,

As all of you are aware that we had overwhelming enrollments this year, we have students at different levels clubbed into same class. We have returning students and fresh students in same class. In order to effectively address unique needs of each student, we have decided to split current intermediate class into 3 classes and elementary class into 2. This change will be effective immediately from 11/6. We believe this will facilitate better learning for students.

We are thankful to our dedicated volunteers who were pushing for this split for a while. So we congratulate parents and volunteers!

You must have received an email about which specific class your child will attend from 11/6, if you have not received it then please check with your spouse or your spam folder before contacting us.

Some QnA:

1. Why this change now?

Ans: This split gives us an opportunity to address needs of students and effectively provide them more 1:1 time with our teachers.

2. How are you distributing students between new classes?

Ans: Approach we have taken here is pretty simple and straight forward. Existing class is split based on if student is fresh or returning or signed up for certificate exam(only applies to intermediate).

3. what is class time and duration ?

Ans: We have not changed any of that. Existing time and duration still applies.

  Aarambh     : 10 am to 11 am

  Anand         : 10 am to 11 am

  Abhinav       : 11 am to 12 pm

  Abhidnyan    : 11 am to 12 pm

  Alankaar      : 11 am to 12 pm

4. Current Elementary class split into ?

Ans: Into 2:

  Aarambh     : 10 am to 11 am

  Anand         : 10 am to 11 am

5. Current Intermediate class split into?

Ans: Into 3:

  Abhinav       : 11 am to 12 pm

  Abhidnyan    : 11 am to 12 pm

  Alankaar      : 11 am to 12 pm

6. Names and contact (email) information of new teachers?

Ans: We are fine tuning schedules with our new teachers, once everything is finalized we will send out those details, we appreciate your patients in this matter.

7. My child is very connected to his/her current teacher and we would like to continue in same class as current teacher?

Ans: We really understand the situation here and we assure you that your child's new teacher will do anything in his/her power to make sure your child is comfortable again with the new setup.
